Our Team

Our team consists of a number of specialists with more than 300 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. The team are based within the geographical areas that they cover, therefore have developed great links with each other, local disability organisations and providers of support. Jo Todd

Is the CEO of Key 4 Learning the parent organisation of Access to Ability. Jo is internationally known as a specialist in Neurodiversity and Employment. She is the author of the Dyslexia and Dyspraxia Toolkit, The Hidden Disabilities Toolkit and the DRC positioning paper on Neurodiversity.

Currently Jo is Disability Advisor to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

Richard Todd

Is Access 2 Ability's Managing Consultant. He also conducts assessments for people with Neurodiverse conditions. Having completed more than 1000 assessments he is often approached when other organisations have not been successful.

Jenny Hargrave-Wright

Brings skills with visual assitive technology and combines these with understanding of processing differences. Jenny has a depth and breadth of experience in the real application of IT to assist individuals as she uses and trains others on its operation.

Julian Hargrave-Wright

works with clients who have cognitive processing difficulties, visual and brain impairment issues. He has IT specialist skills.

Conrad Parry

specialises in adaptations for people with hearing difficulties, ergonomic assessments, impaired voice, wheelchair and adaption to premises & equipment.

Susan Mitchell

specialises in ergonomic assessments and adaptations for wheelchairs.

Annette Evens

specialises in ergonomic, wheelchair and adaption to premises & equipment assessments.

Janet Gardner

specialises in ergonomic, wheelchair and adaption to premises & equipment assessments.

RNID

specialise in working with people with hearing difficulties.

RNIB
