Our Service
Access 2 Ability have developed their case management approach over the last ten years. We are focussed on providing service to the individual client and to the employer customer.
Each person with a disability who is referred to us provides an opportunity for business improvement.The sooner the necessary changes are made, the sooner benefits are accrued and the individual feels better.
We deliver 60% of assessment reports between 1 and 10 days from referral, and 90% within 15 days.
How We Work
We allocate a coordinator as the prime contact with each customer and give them appropriate responsibility and authority. We have a unique case management database that tracks the progress of each event, assessment, coaching, training etc., and provides a clear history of all activity associated with the client.
We use a bespoke secure data exchange system to allow swift communication of referral, report and other data within the obligations of the data protection legislation.
The systems are robust, proven and effective; we have completed a referral to assessment report cycle in 26 hours.
