Our team follow up and support the individual to ensure the adjustments made are working, and we advise if any further help or alterations to existing adjustments are needed.

Our team can provide training and awareness raising sessions for individuals, colleagues and line managers, which will encourage imroved morale, hep to reduce sikness absence of disabled staff, and alleviate stress on line managers and colleagues through a better understanding of the issues surrounding and arising from the disability.
