Conrad Parry – Ability Plus Consultancy Ltd

Conrad has been involved in disability related issues for the past 18 years. Following a career in Jobcentre Plus, which included managing disability services programmes, since 1997 he has run a successful disability consultancy business. During this time he has been a contracted Technical Consultant with Jobcentre Plus / Access to Work, undertaking over 1400 work based assessments throughout the South West. Conrad specialises in a wide range of disabilities / assessments which includes: Ergonomic, Mobility (Wheelchair), Adaptations to Premises, Hearing Loss, Low Vision and Voice Impairment. He is a member of the Ergonomics Society, holds a current National Certificate (NEBOSH) in Health and Safety and is a member of the Institute of Safety and Occupational Health. Conrad is also an approved lecturer in disability issues at a local college. His company has been awarded and works within the criteria of the Disability Symbol and is a Jobcentre Plus Accredited Provider.
